Minary is built by a small team that takes privacy seriously. This page explains what data we collect through the waitlist, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

The data controller is the Minary team, reachable at contact@minary.app.

What we collect

When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your role or occupation (optional, from the dropdown)
• Whether you agreed to be contacted for a short product call (optional checkbox)
• The date and time of your submission

We do not collect any other personal data through this form. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on this page.

Why we collect it

We collect your email to:

• Send you an invitation when early access opens
• Occasionally share relevant updates about Minary before launch
• Contact you for a short product feedback call, if you opted in

The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent, given when you checked the privacy box and submitted the form.

How long we keep your data

We keep waitlist data until one of the following happens:

• You ask us to delete it
• The waitlist phase ends and early access has been offered to everyone on the list

We will not keep your data longer than necessary.

Where your data is stored

Waitlist data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database provider. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and stores data on servers in the European Union. You can read their privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any other third party.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data at any time
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Cookies

This landing page does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. No cookie consent banner is needed.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify waitlist members by email.
