Why we're building Minary, and who's building it.

The story so far

The problem

Independent workers know that turning a messy project in your head into an ordered plan isn't easy. And working alone makes every day a prioritization problem: too many open tasks, no manager and no structure to keep things on track.

Our answer

Task managers remember your tasks,
but they don't understand the headspace you're in.

1 Structure your goals into a clear plan

Describe what's on your plate, and Minary crafts a structured project: what to do, in what order, by when.

2 Plan your daily work session

Every day, just tell Minary your time and energy, and get a session built around the tasks that fit the day best.

3 The learning layer

With every session, Minary learns how you work: your strengths, weaknesses and habits. Each plan becomes increasingly tailored to you.

The people behind Minary

Built by people who know solo work from the inside.

We are researchers, engineers and independent builders who got tired of spending our best energy deciding what to work on.
